By using state-of-the-art measuring equipments and process monitoring, RGE has set up a comprehensive quality assurance system that supervise all activities right through the raw material to the final package and shipment. This includes the following:

¡¤ Tool design verification and validation
¡¤ Incoming material inspection (this includes the steel hardness & certification, standard components and etc)
¡¤ In ¨Cprocess inspection (all electrodes, inserts and accessories)
¡¤ Tool trial samples inspection (ISIR report will be sent together with the samples)
¡¤ Final evaluation and inspection before delivery
As always, our quality system includes the ongoing training for staffs in a variety of job related disciplines. |
