RGE understands the design is the heart of the mold; our experienced engineers plus the application of total CAD/CAM/CAE system ensure the design of each mold to be maximum in life but easy in construction and maintenance.
RGE uses UG and PR/E for mold design and product design. The software possesses the capability of direct split line generating from 3D product model. The GA was created in Auto Cad in 2D format; you will see the gating and runner system, ejection, cooling, inserts, slides and venting system on the GA.
UG is also introduced into the CAM process. Data consistency is guaranteed by using the data from the CAD file for the CAM job of NC programming.
RGE use Mold flow software to simulate the resin flow for complex components, this foresees the unexpected problems in future production and gives good reference to the engineer to improve the mold design.
